A complete physical-chemical process to remove fluoride from drinking water, delivered as a service and adapted to each plant's existing infrastructure.
Scope of service
Water characterisation, process design, reagent and dose definition, filtration stage sizing, commissioning, analytical monitoring and continuous operating adjustment.
Design per water matrix
Alkalinity, pH, sulphates, chlorides, silica, hardness and organic matter all condition fluoride removal efficiency. Every design starts from the real analysis and is verified experimentally.
Performance commitment
The commitment is set on the fluoride concentration in the treated water. Remuneration is linked to the volume of compliant water delivered.
Scalability
From small communities with a few m³/h to utilities with tens of thousands of m³/day, with the same process logic and different sizing.
Two implementation scenarios
The plant already has filtration
The existing infrastructure is used. We integrate the physical-chemical stage over the current filters, with no major civil works and without replacing operating equipment.
The plant has no filtration
PayPerLiter® includes the filtration stage within the OPEX model itself. The client does not buy the equipment: they pay for compliant treated water.
